Right before Christmas, news broke that Supreme Court Justice and liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent surgery to remove part of her lung, due to the discovery of cancer. Ginsburg’s surgery went well, and while her recovery is proceeding smoothly, she’s remaining at her home to work while the Supreme Court hears its first arguments of 2019.
Of course, if you’re woke and following QAnon, you know that’s all bullshit. You see, RBG is already dead (likely via execution), and her death is being kept on ice to be used as a distraction by the deep state whenever Q and Trump decide to make their next big move.
John McCain’s memorial service saw Republicans and Democrats alike praise his candor and heroic service in the Vietnam War, while rebuking how Donald Trump’s brutish simple-mindedness has taken over the Republican Party.
Afterwards, Ohio governor John Kasich (himself an ardent Trump foe) appeared on CNN to talk about how the spirit of the memorial hasn’t carried over to the contentious Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearings going on at the same time.
The media hit would have gone totally unnoticed except for a rather odd slip of the tongue by Kasich, where he clearly said that it had been 24 hours since John McCain was “put to death.”
The news of August 24th that Senator John McCain would be ceasing his treatment for brain cancer has brought a slew of tributes to the long-serving Arizona politician, presidential candidate, and naval aviator.
But in the conspiracy theory world, it’s brought an outpouring of what could only be described as joy at the imminent death of the Senator who QAnon has described as “we don’t say his name.”
The far right’s beef with McCain is complicated, and based on a mix of fraudulent news stories, personal animosity, conspiracy theories, and misplaced patriotism.
